1. Who processes data

Sanoledger is operated by KAAI TECH LLC. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; Stripe processes payment data according to its own policies as a processor / payment facilitator on our behalf.

2. Information we collect

• Account information such as email address and authentication identifiers.
• Health-related entries you choose to store (for example blood pressure, labs, meals, exercise).
• Technical data such as device/browser type and approximate region derived from standard web logs when you use the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, process subscriptions, support users, and improve product reliability. We do not sell your personal health entries.

4. Service providers

We use infrastructure and vendors such as Google Firebase (authentication/database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and OpenAI / search APIs only where configured for optional features (for example blog automation). Each vendor processes data under their terms and our configuration.

5. Retention & deletion

We retain information as needed to operate your account. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal retention requirements; contact support through channels we publish for KAAI TECH LLC.

6. Security

We implement administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service. No method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure; use the service at your discretion.

7. Children

Sanoledger is not directed at children under 13; do not use the service if you are under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
