1. Who we are

"Sanoledger" is a product and brand operated by KAAI TECH LLC, a United States limited liability company ("KAAI TECH," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Sanoledger, you agree to these Terms.

2. Not medical advice

Sanoledger is a personal wellness journaling tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult qualified clinicians for medical decisions.

3. Accounts & security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at your published support channel if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Charges will appear from KAAI TECH LLC (or the descriptor shown at checkout), consistent with your Stripe receipt. Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations follow Stripe Customer Portal settings and product configuration at the time of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access others' data, interfere with operation, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAAI TECH LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Sanoledger.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
